Atlanta Dogwood Festival

April's sunny skies and warming temperatures make Atlanta the perfect place for outdoor events like the Atlanta Dogwood Festival on April 12-14. For over 80 years, artists and art lovers have gathered at Piedmont Park to celebrate local art with diverse exhibits including clay sculptures, paintings, photography, handmade jewelry, glass figures, and more. Stutzmann and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) is a world-class ensemble known for its exceptional musical talent and powerful performances. From April 4th to the 20th at 8:00 PM, enjoy breathtaking performances at the Atlanta Symphony Hall, where Nathalie Stutzmann will serve as the music director, David Coucheron as the concertmaster, and Elizabeth Koch Tiscione as the principal oboe. With its diverse and talented ensemble of musicians, the ASO is a major cultural asset to the city of Atlanta and a source of pride for classical music lovers everywhere.

ATL Blues Festival

Lovers of The Blues won't want to miss a night of soulful lyrics and unforgettable performances when The Blues Is Alright Tour makes an appearance at the 18th Annual ATL Blues Festival. Hosted by the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, this year's line-up includes Tucka, King George, West Love, and more. Tickets are on sale now.  

Monster Jam

Monster Jam is a high-energy motorsport event featuring massive monster trucks competing in races, freestyle competitions, and stunts. During the event, monster trucks race around a dirt track, performing high-flying jumps and other gravity-defying stunts while competing for the fastest time or the highest number of points in freestyle competitions. A special pit party also allows you to explore the trucks, talk with famous monster truck drivers, and get pictures. Getting early-bird tickets is also recommended, as there are limited seats available. Monster Jam is scheduled at the Atlanta Motor Speedway on April 13th and April 14th.

Lemonade Days Festival

The Lemonade Days Festival is a five-day event held annually at Brook Run Park in Dunwoody, Georgia. This year’s festival takes place from April 17-21, 2024. Festival-goers will enjoy carnival rides, food, and beverage vendors, two days of center-stage performances, and the Dunwoody Idol contest. Wristbands for unlimited rides are available for $20 on Wednesday and Thursday Family Nights and $30 on Friday-Sunday. Individual ride tickets are $1.25 each. All proceeds from the festival are used for historic preservation, community celebrations, and education within the Dunwoody community.

This spring, the Brews & Bites Festival comes to Atlanta's Six Flags Over Georgia. Starting April 20, the park hosts weekends filled with a variety of craft beer and spirits, cocktails, food and beverage pairings, live music, and fun festival vibes. This is a family-friendly event. Sweetwater 420 Festival

Buy your tickets for the annual Sweetwater 420 Festival in Atlanta, Georgia. This year's line-up includes artists such as Beck, Slightly Stoopid, Black Pumas, Big Gigantic and many more. It is a family-friendly event that does not involve cannabis. There will be a wide range of activities, vendors, and food trucks. Tickets range from $245 to $1170.

The Classic Center in Athens hosts the 2nd Annual Athens Beer Fest this April. Join fellow hops enthusiasts for an afternoon filled with live music, food trucks, and plenty of beer from regional breweries. All proceeds benefit the Classic Center Cultural Foundation. The Braselton Antique and Artisan Festival

The Braselton Antique and Artisan Festival is a showcase of handcrafted goods and antiques from over 300 vendors. Browse or purchase from displays of unique home decor, jewelry, pottery, and more. The festival will also feature yummy bites from 10 food trucks, and alcohol vendors will also be present so that you can sip as you marvel. The festival features free parking, and admission is free and open to the public. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, register online.
